Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
No long-term contracts, but payments are made quarterly in advance.
Annual plans must be paid upfront for the full 12 months.
What are your pricing plans?
We offer three flexible plans designed to scale with your business. Please refer to the main page for more information.
Can I pay monthly?
No, payments are required quarterly in advance. This ensures a seamless workflow and priority service for our clients.
Do you offer discounts for annual subscriptions?
Yes! We offer a discount on one-time annual payments, as well as to registered Non profit organisations (NPOs). Please contact us at hello@studioqiro.asia for more information.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex).
For trusted agencies with at least one year of partnership, we’re pleased to offer quarterly invoicing options. Let’s discuss a solution that works for you.
Can I try your service before committing?
Of course you can! You can purchase a one-week trial pass by clicking here.
Can I request unlimited designs and marketing tasks?
Yes! You can submit unlimited requests, but we process a set number of active requests at a time based on your plan.
Can you provide the deliverable master file?
Yes, for marketing, we are more than happy to provide you with the project file.
For designs, this request will incur an additional fee. We will provide you with the details during onboarding.
How fast is your turnaround time?
Most requests are delivered in 2-4 business days. Rush requests (24-48 hours) are available for an additional fee. You may refer to this page for the rates.
Do you create full website designs?
We offer branding kits, social media templates, and UI graphics, but not full website development at this time.
Who will I be working with?
For the Starter and Professional package, the client is assigned with: Account Manager, Marketing VA and/or Design VA.
For the Enterprise package, the client is assigned with a dedicated team:
Project Manager: Oversees workflow and ensures timely delivery.
Marketing VA: Handles content scheduling, analytics, and social media.
Design VA: Creates branding, social media, and ad creatives.
How do I submit requests?
You will have access to our client portal, where you can submit tasks, track progress, and communicate with your team.
What if I need revisions?
Revisions are included within the scope of each request. Out-of-scope changes or major redesigns may incur an additional fee. We will provide you with the details during onboarding.
